Harvested from our own hives at the edge of the wildflower meadow. The honey is strained but never heated or filtered, so it keeps its pollen and enzymes.

Floral and complex, with a flavour that changes a little with every season. Stir into tea, spread on sourdough, or drizzle over roasted plums.

Keep at room temperature. Raw honey may crystallise over time; stand the jar in warm water to make it runny again.
